儿子换工作
儿子大学毕业后在四大会计事务所之一工作已满两年， 两年来每天是早出晚归，工作尽心尽力。前段时间他觉得付出和回报太不成比例，另外他的白人好朋友同事也鼓动他离开，此同事刚离开公司去了待遇好的NBC电视台，于是他决定换工作离开现在公司。他专门休假三星期，全力以赴，一共发了20份简历，其中12个给他安排了面试，有八个要录用他，他自己排除了5个，准备三选一。
这三个职位情况如下，一是人人皆知的美国最大电影娱乐公司之一的高级会计分析师(Senior accounting analyst)，收入比他现在多50%，外加少量奖金。二是一上市会计软硬件公司的高级金融分析师(Senior financial analyst), 这家公司是Forbes评出的排名靠前的世界100大云端公司之一，公司这两三年发展非常迅速，雇员增加了1倍多，收入(包括奖金股票)是他现在的近两倍。三是一家小资产投资管理公司的财务主管(CFO)，这家公司成立才三年，老板家族资金雄厚，是亿万富翁，老板被Forbes 评为30 under 30 ，CFO收入比儿子现在的多50%，公司奖金(视公司营业情况而定)可达薪水的80%。这三个职位都要求会计和金融专业毕业，相关工作经验4年以上，最好是MBA，儿子只工作两年，没有MBA，录取他算是破格了，儿子面试时专业的准备也不充分，但他明显感觉到三家面试他的人都很喜欢他，也许是他们感受到了儿子的阳光及待人真诚，破格录取也在情理之中。
提供这三个职位的三家公司，第一家名气最大，第二家收入高，发展快，第三家的老板是他校友，年轻有为，儿子对他印象也很好。如何选择，他有点困惑，但沉淀几天后，还是自认为做了最好的选择，所选公司也接受了他年薪加8千的要求。顺便问一下，如果是你，你会选哪一家公司的职位？

Quality of bag is amazing! As you can see in the photo everything lines up well. Hopefully they won’t take the close up photo down. It shows the stitching and chain quality! There was no weird smell and the chain is of heavy and nice quality. The fabric the bag is made of is soft and smooth. The bag is a little misshapen from shopping but that is to be expected. Absolutely love it and could not have asked for anything better for the price I paid! Plus it only took a little under a month to get the United States!
